George A. Ritter, Director of Planning

George Ritter is a professional planner and landscape architect with concentrated experience in environmental planning, community planning, site planning, and site engineering.  Mr. Ritter provides project leadership in planning and is responsible for technical documentation and public processing of the firm’s zoning applications.  Mr. Ritter is also the Township Planner in Chester Township, Morris County and Lopatcong Township, Warren County both located in the state of New Jersey.

David J. Plante, Director of Engineering

David Plante is a civil engineer with over twenty years of professional experience in all aspects of site planning and site engineering.  Mr. Plante is responsible for engineering systems design, technical documentation, and permit processing for the firm’s civil engineering contracts. 

Cesira Ruggiero, Director of Landscape Architecture

Cesira Ruggiero is a landscape architect with over twenty years of professional experience in all aspects of site planning, site engineering, and landscape design.   Ms. Ruggiero is responsible for site planning, landscape design, and permit processing for the firm’s planning and landscape contracts.
